First: Replacement Policy

Replacement period
A product replacement can be requested within 14 days of the order receipt date.

Replacement conditions
The product must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused or damaged

  • Resaleable

  • Inside the original packaging, intact

Replacement mechanism

  • Replacement requests can be submitted via the website or through customer service.

  • After receiving the product, inspecting it and ensuring that it meets the requirements, the replacement product is shipped.

  • If the same product is not available, an alternative product can be chosen or a refund can be requested according to the return policy.


Second: Return Policy

Return period
The product can be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt.

Return Policy

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Inside the original packaging and resalable.

After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund process will begin according to the payment method.


Third: Shipping and costs

  • The store will bear the full shipping costs if the reason for the exchange or return is an error on the part of the store.

  • In other cases, the customer bears the applicable shipping charges.

  • It is preferable to use an approved shipping company to facilitate tracking and receiving procedures.


Fourth: Refunds

  • The refund will be issued after the product has been inspected and confirmed to meet the requirements.

  • Electronic payment: The amount will be refunded to the same payment method within several business days, depending on the bank.

  • Cash on delivery: The remaining amount will be refunded after deducting shipping fees according to the agreed refund method.


Fifth: Cases where replacement or return may not be possible

The application may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product use or damage.

  • Loss of original packaging or accessories.

  • The specified period for exchange or return has expired.

The reason for the rejection is explained to the customer with complete transparency.
